About
I discovered yoga when I was searching for a way to find a holistic approach to my physical and mental health as well as the space and time to pause and take time for myself. I quickly realised the power yoga has in helping to steady the mind and cultivate inner harmony through movement and breath-work.
For me, yoga is much more than a physical practice; it's a path to reconnecting with nature and the innate intuition that resides within us all. Yoga nurtures the delicate balance between mind and body, fostering physical health, mental clarity, and vibrant vitality. Through mindful movement and conscious breath, we create harmony within, allowing us to experience the present moment with authenticity and presence.
Yoga is a way of life that encourages us to be true to ourselves, cultivating balance, peace, and well-being in every aspect of our lives. I have been fortunate to have practised with some fantastic yoga teachers, who have inspired, challenged and encouraged me on my journey to becoming a teacher myself. I feel very privileged and grateful to be able to share the magic that yoga has to offer with others.

What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that originates from India and has been passed down for thousands of years. It blends physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation to create a sense of balance and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. At its core, yoga is about cultivating connection—both within yourself and with the world around you. Yoga helps to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while fostering a deep sense of inner peace and well-being. Whether you’re seeking to improve your physical health, reduce stress, or deepen your spiritual practice, yoga provides a powerful tool for transformation.
What to Expect
I aim to create a warm and inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and supported, no matter their experience level. In a yoga class, everyone is equal—there are no judgments or comparisons, just individuals coming together to explore, learn, and grow. The shared experience of movement, breath, and presence fosters a deep sense of unity and support. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’re part of a community where everyone’s journey is respected, and every body is welcome.
My classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, bringing it into alignment and balance through mindful movement and postures (asana). Each lesson focuses on the powerful connection between breath and movement, guiding you to synchronise your inhale and exhale with each flow. Breath work (pranayama) is a key part of my personal practice, and it plays a central role in my classes. By bringing awareness to the breath, we unlock a deeper sense of calm and presence, allowing the body and mind to find balance together.
