Private 1-1 Yoga Sessions

1-1 yoga lessons are a great way to deepen your practice, focus on a specific area or to simply offer you a safe space to relax and unwind. Sessions are tailored to your needs and all abilities are welcome, including complete beginners.

Cost:

£40 per one hour session

Discounted block bookings available: £140 for 4 sessions (£35 per session)

Corporate Wellbeing Yoga

Research shows that yoga is a powerful tool for reducing stress, boosting mental clarity, and improving overall wellbeing. Stress can have both an emotional and physical impact on our health and yoga’s holistic approach to body and mind, through a combination of muscular activity and internally mindful training can help to address a number of physical and mental health ailments. My yoga sessions provide a balance of physical movement, relaxation, and mindfulness, aimed at reducing stress, improving focus, and fostering overall wellness.

What is the setup?

  • A quiet, comfortable space, large enough to use

  • Each person will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
